Ms. Asmahan Zein established herself in the business field with over than four decades of experience. She entered the services industry as an independent young woman at an early age, balancing between work and study and then ventured into a number of different jobs within the services sector; from airlines executive in Lebanon to hotel management in Ivory Coast. From 1988 and for 27 years, she was among the team that started Aramex Lebanon (Transportation & Logistics Company), as Lebanon Country Manager then was assigned to different executive projects in Europe and West Africa.
She is the President of the Lebanese League of Women in Business (LLWB), Vice Chair of Amideast Advisory Board (Lebanon), Vice Chair of Ruwwad Altanmiya in Tripoli. She is also a member of the Steering Committee of UNGCL (United Nations Global Compact) and a member of the American Chamber of Commerce - AMCHAM - Chapter Lebanon.
In 2014, she started a new company Crypta sal (franchise of (InfoFort LLC) and through the years she participated in major social activities, in addition to different CSR projects. Ms. Asmahan Zein was the first woman elected for the Presidency of “Lebanese Freight Forwarders Syndicate".
